Craig Industries, Inc., a growing manufacturer in the building materials industry, is looking to hire a Marketing Support Specialist. The Marketing Support Specialist reports to the Creative Director. Primary responsibility of the Marketing Support Specialist will be working with the Creative Director to assist in the expansion of business with new and existing customers in the heavy food equipment, refrigeration, and building materials industries.

The Marketing Support Specialist will be responsible for:

· Managing buying group promos, tradeshow booths, travel, promotions, special events, etc.;
· Ordering promotional and print material, such as brochures, catalogs, apparel and any other necessary promotional items to assist with sales team and brand awareness;
· Administering the company’s social media marketing and advertising, including writing and publishing and monitoring blog posts and regularly updating the company websites;
· Working with Marketing Team to monitor online presence, analyze and make changes to digital advertising efforts including Google Adwords, retargeting and SEO;
· Collaborating with Marketing Team to establish and continually update the content and look of promotional materials;
. Competition research for future articles, videos and social media posts;
. Product research and inventory for additional promotional items for our promo portal;
.Email and Mailing list management;
. Marketing folder organization;
. Special Event Marketing ideas;
. Calendar organization: Renewals, deadlines, events etc.;
. Researching new products and markets;
· Conducting any other tasks deemed important to promoting the company and growing sales.

Specialized Skills/Qualifications:

· Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
· Experience with WordPress;
· Experience with Search Engine Marketing;
· Ability to create email marketing campaigns in email management programs;
· Excellent writing skills;
· Ability to understand and use a variety of software programs;
· Excellent organizational skills.

Description

The Manufacturing Associate reports to their selected department Supervisor. The associate can be placed in a number of departments. These departments include but are not limited to Set-Up, Doors, Finish, Foam, Glue, and Metal. The Plant Supervisor will decide where to place the employee based on skills, qualifications, and experience. A general laborer will help in the assembly and creation of insulated panels for walk-in coolers, freezers, and other structures. This position is required to follow specified safety procedures as well as attendance policies. Each department is responsible for their assigned tasks to be completed accurately and efficiently. In specific departments, you will be required to handle heavy machinery.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 50-75 lbs., stand for long periods of time, squat, kneel, grasp, push/pull a wheeled cart up to 250 lbs, bend, twist, reach, and use fine motor skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• The ability to read a tape measure
• Basic understanding of how to use a computer/mouse/tablet
• The ability to follow directions and work with a team
• Experience reading blueprints is not required but helpful
